Shipping charges are determined by the order value and the destination.
Exchange Policye: repairing or replacing is provided for free if it is out of use because of quality defects during the proper use in 6 months.
During the warranty period, maintain and change the products for the customers for free.(except for the products damage caused by human factors and customer should bear the shipping charges).

We accept any customers returen application in warranty period, but your side must keep the products never used and keep the original packing, please contact our customer servicer before you do it.
Customers must return the official receipt along with the faulty product. According China Customs needed, you must mark the reason for returning the product on the official receipt.
If we have refunds agreements, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and some tax. The balance will be refunded back to you after we receive and check the items.
